This agreement defines the conditions of use of the materials and services of the site (hereinafter - the "Site") by Users.
Users are natural persons (including representatives of legal entities) who have the capacity to familiarise themselves visually with the information on the Site.
The administration of the site is the holder of the rights to the site.
This agreement is a public offer. By accessing the content of the site, the user is deemed to have accepted this agreement.
The site administration has the right to unilaterally modify the terms of this agreement at any time. Such modifications shall come into force 3 (three) days after publication of a new version of the agreement on the site. If the user does not agree with the modifications made, he/she must refuse access to the site and stop using the site's material and services.
The administration of the site may arrange for users to receive information relating to orders, office hours, promotions and other necessary information. Direct mail is carried out by means of SMS messages, push messages or electronic messages. The necessary contact information is provided by the user at the time of registration.
The user undertakes not to undertake any action that may be considered a violation international law, including in the field of intellectual property, copyright and/or related rights, as well as any action that leads or may lead to disruption of the normal operation of the site and the site's services.
When elements of the site are quoted, including protected works, reference to the site is compulsory.
The user's comments and other recordings on the site must not contravene the requirements of the legislation.
The user is advised that the site administration is not responsible for the visit and use of external resources whose links may be contained on the site.
The user accepts that the administration of the site is not responsible and has no direct or indirect obligation towards the user with regard to any loss or damage that may arise or occur in connection with the content of the site, the registration of copyright and the information relating to this registration, the goods or services available on the external sites or resources or obtained through them, or the user's other contacts, into which he or she has entered, using the information displayed on the site or the links to the external resources.
The user accepts that all materials and services on the site or part of it may be accompanied by advertising. The user accepts that the site administration assumes no responsibility and has no obligation with regard to this advertising.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing contained in this agreement shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership, joint venture, personal employment or other relationship between the user and the website administration not expressly provided for in this agreement.
Recognition by the court of the invalidity or inapplicability of a provision of the agreement shall not invalidate the other provisions of the agreement.
Action by the Website Administration in the event of a breach of the provisions of the Agreement by one of the Users does not deprive the Website Administration of the right to take appropriate action at a later date to defend its interests and to protect the copyright in the materials on the Website, protected in accordance with the law.
The user confirms that he/she has read all the clauses of this agreement and accepts them unreservedly.
